Bhartiya Ekta Foundation is a registered public charitable trust established in May 2025 by Smt. Sunita Devi through an irrevocable Trust Deed. We operate as a non-profit organisation working for the upliftment of underprivileged children, women, and communities across India through education, nutrition, healthcare, safe shelters, vocational training, women’s empowerment, and other charitable activities as outlined in our Trust Deed. Our registered office is at Vill-Ganzutoli, PO-Tainsar, PS-Simdega, Kinbira, Simdega, Taisera, Jharkhand – 835223.

2. Use of the Website

  • The website is provided solely for informational and charitable purposes.
  • You may browse and use the website for lawful, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the website and make donations.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Donations and Contributions

  • All donations made through the website are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, or bank transfer). We do not store your complete card details.
  • You will receive an acknowledgement and (subject to 80G registration) a tax deduction receipt via email.
  • We strictly prohibit acceptance of any funds that violate Indian laws, including terror funding or money laundering. Any suspicious transaction will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • The Foundation shall utilise all donations solely for the charitable objects mentioned in the Trust Deed. No portion shall be used for personal benefit of any Trustee or specified person.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design) is the exclusive property of Bhartiya Ekta Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
